Shipping and Delivery Policy

At GSM and Company, we specialize in delivering premium Indian goods to international markets. Our logistics are optimized for safety and transparency.

1. Dispatch Timelines

Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days. This timeline accounts for procurement from regional farms/factories and mandatory export documentation.

2. International Delivery

We partner with leading global carriers. While we provide tracking numbers immediately upon dispatch, the final delivery date is an estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
International transit strikes or carrier bottlenecks.
Incorrect address details provided by the buyer.

3. Duties and Taxes

            Important: All import duties, VAT, or local taxes levied at the destination port are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
          

4. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make three attempts to deliver. If the recipient is unavailable and the package is returned to India, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-dispatch fees.
